Matt & Pam Langenwalter
Matt & Pam are tuning up for an epic year as Band Booster Co-Presidents! Armed with a love of music, leadership skills sharper than a conductor's baton, and an unstoppable enthusiam, they're ready to march, jazz and rock their way into supporting the amazing students, staff, and families. They believe being a Booster should be about more than just raising money. It’s about building community, showing up for our students, celebrating their accomplishments, and making sure they know just how many people are cheering them on. Get ready for a symphony of success, a drum line of dedication, and maybe even a few accidental kazoo and air drumming solos because this year is going to be nothing short of legendary!
CO-VICE PRESIDENT-OPERATIONS
Jonathan & Teri Gallaway
Jon and Teri are the ultimate dynamic duo and thankfully, they come as a package deal! As VP of Operations, they tackle the behind-the-scenes logistics, organization, and operational details that keep all of our ensembles running smoothly. Together, they bring teamwork, humor, problem-solving, and plenty of “we’ve got this” energy to the job.
Whether they’re coordinating logistics, solving last-minute surprises, or figuring out how to make the impossible happen, Jon and Teri work side-by-side to keep things moving. They’re excited to take on this role together and are committed to supporting our students, families, volunteers, and ensembles every step of the way.
Two people, one team, countless details and hopefully enough coffee to get it all done!
VICE PRESIDENT-PROGRAMS
Karen Smith
As VP of Programs, I’m all about bringing people together, raising funds, and making things happen! Fundraising is at the heart of what I do, it helps provide the opportunities, resources, and experiences our talented students deserve.
From creative fundraisers and community outreach to social events and sponsor partnerships, I’m always looking for ways to bring in more support while keeping our band community engaged and having fun.
If there’s a dollar to be raised, a sponsor to be found, or a fundraiser to make more fun, you can bet I’m already working on it! 💰🎶
TREASURER
Jackeline Castro
Jacky is our nonprofit finance virtuoso and the numbers are lucky to have her! As Treasurer, she keeps a watchful eye on the finances, making sure the books balance, the budget behaves, and our band program stays financially strong. With her sharp eye for numbers and big heart for our students, Jacky is committed to keeping us fiscally responsible and ready for whatever comes our way.
And Ramon? Jacky’s penny-counting sidekick, errand runner, and unofficial bank-deposit specialist aka husband. Basically, if Jacky can’t do it, Ramon gets the assignment!
Numbers, budgets, and receipts… and apparently Ramon has the pennies covered!
SECRETARY
Ann Hazard
Ann is our Secretary, keeper of the notes, master of the details, and official detective of “Wait…what did we decide?” She keeps us organized, captures the important stuff, and makes sure nothing gets lost between rehearsal, fundraisers, and board meetings.
And when Ann can’t be there to take notes, her trusted Push Crew partner in crime/husband Chad swoops in to save the day - pen or an iPhone in hand he's ready to document it all!
Because every great organization needs someone who remembers what everyone else forgot… and someone willing to write it down or record!
